Delivery Policy

1. How much is delivery?

A flat rate of $5 (no limit of items) will cover postage and handling for all online orders within Australia.
                                
Mytel&Happytel online orders will be shipped via Australian Post. It is important to note that Australian Post (in most cases) require a signature upon delivery.

Unfortunately Mytel&Happytel is not available to international customers.

 

2. Can I have my order sent to me via Express Post or special delivery?

Unfortunately, we are not able to organise Express Post or special delivery for individual orders. All orders are processed and shipped via the methods described in this section only.

 

3. When can I expect my parcel?

You will receive your parcel within approximately 3 working days, depending on availability of stock.

 

4. Do I need to provide identification for large orders?

A customer representative will contact you if you have an order over $300. For security purposes you will be requested to provide identification such as a license and confirm credit card details.

 

5. Can I have my parcel delivered to a PO Box?

PO Boxes are not recommended, however Mytel&Happytel will deliver to your PO Box if you do not have any alternative.
